Video Gempa Bumi di Fukushima November 2016 Earthquake

A 7.4 richter scale earthquake has strike south of Fukushima area in Eastern Japan. The earthquake happened 2016-11-21 at 20:59:49.010 (UTC). The tsunami warning has been issued and indeed the tsunami is coming. International broadcasting Japan channel, NHK has the screen shot :

The nuclear plant in Fukushima had reported put to a stop following the earthquake in the area. People are evacuating to higher ground.
